Considering Retirement?

  • Have you invested years into real estate?

What is an emeritus AGENT at Referral Revolution?

emeritus AGENTs are licensed active real estate agents who do not engage in Buyer or Listing Agent activities and function as a referral only specialist.

What does an Emeritus Agent do?

Emeritus Agents do:

  1. Receive commissions on clients they refer to the brokerage.
  2. Maintain their license by completing required continuing education & renewals.
  3. Build their sphere of influence using company marketing driving more referrals.

What does an Emeritus Agent NOT do?

Emeritus Agents do NOT:

  1. Pay board fees, MLS dues or E&O Insurance.
  2. Engage in the practice of real estate, rather they refer clients to the brokerage.
  3. Worry about showing properties, writing contracts or daily to-do lists.

Referral Revolution Emeritus Agents are NOT permitted to actively engage in Buyer Agent or Listing Agent activities.  ALL clients must be referred.

no work, no fees, no worries

How it works

  1. Transfer your license to Referral Revolution becoming "emeritus"
  2. Refer all clients to the brokerage, not through a portal, but through a personal handoff.
  3. Receive a check at closing.

What does it pay?

Earn 50% of the gross commission paid to the brokerage on the client's transaction.

What is the "fine" print?

  • No annual fee
  • No deductions for royalty or franchise fees.
  • No minimums, or maximums.  When you have a client refer them.
  • No reliance on agent split, the referral fee is 50% of gross commission.

Your license remains active, switch back to regular duties anytime.

That print is mighty fine.

Earn 50% commission on each referral. For LIFE

Go Ahead, Ask Why?

In a market where referral fees range from 20-35%, why are we paying 50%?

Simply put, your leads are more valuable than Zillow, Cartus or others.

You invested in your real estate career & that investment should pay dividends.

You get paid handsomely, we get to help your clients.

We all win.
