Financial Review

Our proprietary report reviews your loan details on an annual basis.  

  • We offer an automated home value so you always have an idea of what your home is worth.
  • We calculate if current interest rates could save you money every month by refinancing.  
    • If that isn't the case currently, we reverse engineer what interest rate would save you money so you know when to act.
  • We check the current value of your home versus the outstanding balance to see if removal of PMI may be warranted ahead of schedule.   
  • We provide estimations on equity as well as potential cash out refinance options so if you find yourself in need of cash, you know how much is available

Inspection Review

Utilizing your original inspection report we go back through any defects found and check their current status.  Your home inspection was a snapshot in time so we see if issues resolved, remain or need attention.  This discussion of repair priorities can help minimize expense.


Catalogue Improvements

During our meeting we will review any repairs or improvements made over the last year.  This step is vital to ensure every dollar you have invested in your home is not forgotten in the future when it is time to sell.  Over time this creates an inclusive lists of all of your property investments allowing them to be properly identified and marketed to drive up re-sale value.


Planning Advice

We want to know what you are considering for the future for your home.  Issues are going to arise when owning a home, and calling in a professional may be warranted, but every professional shares one common trait, they are trying to sell you their product.

Experience guidance on what is causing an issue, what the right product is for a particular need and which professional can be the correct trusted resource to help. Simply, advice without the sales pitch.
