Taking advantage of lender credit requires the buyer use our designated lending partner Option Financial, however, a buyer is never forced to use any specific lender. The incentive is simply available to lower their costs to purchase your home.

Our sellers are authorized to offer prospective buyers:

.5% of the amount financed as a direct buyer credit when the buyer uses Option Financial for purchase of the home.

Assuming a $400,000 home with 5% down; this is a direct buyer credit of $1900 with

ZERO cost to the seller.
